  3. Recently, I bookmarked your page, I noticed that your website’s Favicon (site icon) is missing in the browser bookmark bar. It only shows a generic letter icon.
    Please consider adding a favicon to your site so it’s easier to recognize in the bookmark list.

  7. Plugin Alliance plugins were working on Windows 10, but after updating to Windows 11, the system no longer reads the files. It doesn’t detect any of the VST3 or DLL files.

  8. Just a quick suggestion: Adding a favicon (the small logo on the browser tab) would make it look even more professional and easier identification in browser tabs.

  11. Everything on the website has gone haywire. I mean, you have created a separate section for recent updates. Whereas by default it should keep recent updates on priority basis instead of most downloaded. Secondly, you are re-uploading the old library due to which there is confusion whether it is an old update or a new update. You must have seen that why many people are facing this problem, that is why people want an old looking website or something like old look. The problem is not with the current look of the website, the problem is that we are getting confused in understanding what is the new update and what is the old update, everything is mashup.

  16. Appreciate your efforts but: Wow! What an incredible relaunch failure. Was this vibe coded by people who never created a website?
    You should do your redesigns and FULL TESTING on a *dedicated staging server* prior deploying it on a public server. Your “project lead” clearly has no clue how to relaunch a website this size.

    among other issues:
    – top level category buttons are broken
    – download sizes are wrong
    – download links are now JS driven button elements (A11Y failure) and URLS can’t be copied for use in batches (bad UX)
    – the names of the *releasing TEAMS* (VR R2R BAT etc) are gone. Bring that information back, please!
    – trying to reply in comments results in a blank page

    Bring the old site back.
    Do your homework and TEST the stuff you develop preferably with real people and “friendly users.”
    THEN make the switch

  17. The new interface of your website is quite good but it should have the most recent priority because it should be easy to see the latest software. Because now it is coming in most downloaded priority. And the recent updates of the software are not visible list wise, Even after changing to Most Recent, only a few are visible, not all those who were already in your list in sequence. so please correct it.

  21. There are so many issues with the downloading system. Downloads are not working properly. For example, the file size is shown as 3 GB, but when I download it, the file is only in MB instead of GB.

    The torrent links are not clickable, and downloading through torrents is not working at all. If I click on Windows, Mac, Sound Banks, or Libraries, nothing opens.

    Also, products are not showing up properly in search results. Where have the Spectrasonics products and their libraries gone? How are we supposed to download them?

    The downloading system is completely broken. Products are not downloading correctly, file sizes are incorrect, and the downloaded folders are very poorly organized.

    Please fix all these issues as soon as possible. The website itself is also very strange and difficult to use. The overall experience is really disappointing.
